These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and six6b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at https://six6b.app. Access to or use of the six6b platform in any form constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all of these services collectively and individually.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the six6b platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. six6b operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-encrypted transactions, and responsible gaming practices.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the six6b platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the six6b platform, regardless of the identity information used
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which you have placed or intend to place a bet
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other automated tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or bonus calculation errors — any such exploitation must be reported to six6b immediately
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any betting pattern designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including at live casino tables
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing six6b staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to six6b's back-end systems

six6b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

8.1 Closure by six6b

In cases where six6b closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to void any bonus funds, cancel any pending withdrawals, and withhold any winnings that were generated during or as a result of the breach. Where account closure is due to suspected fraud or financial crime, the relevant balance may be frozen pending investigation and, if appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

Where account closure is not the result of a Terms breach (for example, where six6b discontinues services in a particular region), any verified real-money balance held in the player's account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Closure by the Player
